The Trade Directory is a repository of information about
organisations in the ports community such as export companies, transport companies and shipping lines. A search facility allows users to list organisations of interest.

Additionally organisations who wish to utilise restricted Connect Freight functions are able to use Trade Directory to register their organisations and then request access to functions for their staff. Restricted functions include:

• Container Status alerts,
• Container return notifications,
• Hazardous goods notification (MO41) submission,
• Hazardous goods manifest submission,
• Berth Booking requests.
